After the previous structure of the make it extreme ‘The fast coupling engine’, it would not be a surprise that our next structure would be a vehicle. This vehicle is a motorcycle that was made using our previous structure with the number 0132. Therefore, our motorcycle owns the number of 0133 in our collection and it is considered as one of the most exciting of our creations. This project is a quite hard structure to make as it requires to make every piece accurately and it has to have the right analogies to be functional and an attractive design. The motor with all its functional parts can be removed incredibly fast by removing four release pins to be placed in other vehicles, too. In this way, we might have created the first motorcycle having this potential.
Initially, the frame was made by metallic tubes of 22mm size class B. This means that even it seems to have a thin frame, it has high tolerance. Another special characteristic is that the engine transmits the movement by using 4 gears instead of 2 that we used to use. The reason is that we used a tire which is wide enough not to allow the direct movement transmission. Thus, we made an axis that is spinned by the engine through a chain and then transmits the movement to the wheel from its wider part.
The most impressive thing is that while the axis is spinning the swing arm is moving with the wheel. The shock absorber is attached with the swing arm in order to achieve a satisfying road behavior on our vehicle.
Additionally, with the concentric movement of the chain that moves the wheel and as the swing arm is moving, any change to the length of the chain is not allowed.
After many hours of work on every piece of our structure, we managed to reach an excellent outcome as we created a beautiful and functional, large of cubic capacity.
We painted it in the usual orange color that all of our moto vehicles are painted. This might be one of the most beautiful creations that we made dedicated to all of our supporters and subscribers of our channel. Undoubtedly, we promise you that in the future we will make more motorcycles and other various vehicles.
